Changing the RULES you have around your goals will help you START accomplishing more

Are you being tied down by THESE rules?⁣⁣

I know, I know you’re an independent boss lady with your own job, making your own money, & making your own RULES.⁣⁣

But, are THESE rules are holding your back girlfriend & you’ve got to let them go.⁣⁣

Rules like:⁣⁣

✅ I’m only healthy if I workout 5x/week and eat clean everyday ⁣⁣

✅ I’m only productive if I refrain completely from mindlessly scrolling⁣⁣

✅ I’m only pretty if I have a face full of makeup on & am wearing a stylish outfit⁣⁣

⁣⁣

These rules are extremely unrealistic and put an unnecessary amount of pressure on you to have all your shit together which just a heads up if you haven’t learned already - no one’s got it altogether no matter how much they try to tell ya they do.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Why not try rules that are more relaxed and give you quick wins like:⁣⁣

⁣⁣

✅ I’m healthy by just drinking a glass of water⁣⁣

⁣⁣

✅ I’m productive by getting one thing on my to-do list today ⁣⁣

⁣⁣

✅ I’m beautiful because I’m me.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

I don’t know about you, but that second set of rules made me feel more calm, less tense, and like I took a 20lb weight off my back..⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Changing the rules you have around your health, career, and life goals will open up a heck of a lot of space for opportunity and make you feel better each day.
