If I were to make a list of things that are easy – weight loss would not be on that list because let’s face it⁣ ⁣..


Losing weight or body fat requires SOMETHING HUGE...⁣ ⁣


SACRIFICE ☑️⁣ ⁣


🔹No, you can’t really eat whatever you want if you want to lose fat and also stay satiated.⁣ ⁣


🔹Alcohol consumption has to be kept to a minimum⁣

🔹You’ve got to be aware of everything you’re eating to be successful; making the best decisions for every meal or snack.⁣ ⁣


🔹Social outings with friends who don’t have the same goals as you are harder.⁣ ⁣


🔹Restaurant eating can be done, but again it should be limited due to things like added oils, enlarged portions, and the sneaky ass bread appetizer that you don’t have to pay for 😅⁣ ⁣


Now, there are some ways to make fat loss easier. ⁣

Here are some of my favorites...

1️⃣ Stop packing snacks - instead make your meals larger and enjoy 3 satiating meals per day ⁣

2️⃣ Use your super portable hand to portion your food (palm for protein, cupped palm for carbs, palm for veggies, thumb for fats)⁣

3️⃣ Slow down and really enjoy your meal⁣

4️⃣ Drink 16oz water before each meal⁣

5️⃣ Pick one indulgence a week and eat it, without one OUNCE of guilt ⁣

Losing fat isn’t easy, but if you’ve got the right tools, strategies, and commitment it can feel pretty easy. ⁣
